Mixed Martial Arts
MMA is a versatile combat sport that combines different disciplines such as boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and grappling. In the classes, you’ll learn how to combine techniques: from striking to clinch work and ground control. Everything is taught in a safe and structured way, with a strong focus on technique and improvement.
The MMA classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
You don’t need any experience. We build each training session logically and step by step. Alongside the technical aspect, you’ll work on body control, perseverance, and self-confidence.


Boxing
Boxing at Buddho Leiden is all about technique, timing, and focus. During the training sessions, you’ll learn how to move efficiently, improve your stance, and execute different punches correctly. A lot of attention is given to footwork, coordination, and control, so you don’t just learn to box hard, but above all, to box smart.

Kickboxing
Kickboxing at Buddho Leiden is a varied training where punches, kicks, and knees come together. You’ll learn combinations, defense, and how to use strength and technique in the right way. The focus is on control and proper execution, not on hitting each other.
The classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes. Everyone trains at their own pace, with guidance from the trainer. Kickboxing at Buddho is challenging, motivating, and focused on personal growth within a positive group atmosphere.


Ladies Only
The Ladies Only classes are specially designed for women who want to train in a familiar and relaxed environment. In these sessions, we use techniques from boxing and kickboxing, adapted to the level and preferences of the group. This varied class can be either a kickboxing session or a heavy bag workout.
There is plenty of room to learn and grow stronger at your own pace, without performance pressure. The group dynamic is supportive and positive. These classes are ideal for women who want to work on resilience and self-confidence, and who enjoy training together with other women.

Punching bag workout
Bag training at Buddho Leiden is a dynamic class where you train on the heavy bag. You’ll practice different combinations and techniques, alternated with functional exercises that make the workout challenging and varied.
Because you train on the bag, you can fully set your own pace. The trainer gives clear guidance and provides structure throughout the class. This training is ideal for anyone who wants to train intensively, improve their technique, and clear their mind for a while.


Youth Kickboxing
Youth kickboxing at Buddho Leiden offers young children a safe introduction to martial arts. The classes are built around technique, play, and clear rules, so everyone feels comfortable on the mat.
Children learn how to follow rules, work together, and show respect for one another. At the same time, they develop self-confidence and body awareness. The training sessions are tailored to age and level, with a strong focus on fun and a positive learning environment.
Parent-child
The Parent and Child classes at Buddho Leiden are focused on moving and learning together. Parent and child train as a team and are introduced in a playful way to the basics of boxing and kickboxing.
The classes not only strengthen children’s motor skills and discipline, but also the bond between parent and child. Being active together, encouraging each other, and having fun are at the heart of every session. A valuable experience that goes beyond just sports.
